For the past three years, I have dedicated myself to training in Lev Emunah Therapy under the guidance of Rabbi Rachamim Bitton.  The invaluable tools that he provided me with have transformed my life, enabling me to approach both myself and others with a newfound heart-centeredness.

As a child, I believed that life was meant to be difficult. Yet, as I grew older and more perceptive, I came to realize that with the right tools, the path we walk can be easy, effortless, and beautiful. Rabbi Bitton instilled in me the confidence to choose any path I desire and succeed on it.

My goal in life is to help others believe that they, too, can live consistently from the pure love and godliness within them, and to remove any subconscious resistance that may be hindering them from having a life full of ease and beauty.

Originally from France and currently living in New York, I was blessed to grow up in a family connected strongly to tzaddikim that gifted me a strong sense of Emunah—faith and trust in God, shaping my journey in a profoundly spiritual way.

Over the years, with an open spiritual heart, I projected  strength externally, while internally I felt life's toll, draining my positivity. Frustration set in as I recognized the gap between how I "yearned to feel" and my actual emotions.

It was then that I discovered Lev Emunah Therapy and Rabbi Bitton. Six months as a client transformed my life in ways I never thought possible. Empowered with transformative tools, I broke free from limitations, embarking on a journey to create my envisioned reality.

Motivated by this success, I became a Lev Emunah Facilitator, eager to share the gift of emotional freedom, manifesting aspirations into reality and guiding others discover their true essence.

I am Yehudit Bell. As a Lev Emunah Therapy facilitator, I have studied and integrated the Lev Emunah therapy approach to wellness and healing  into my own life, under the guidance and direction of Rabbi Rachamim Bitton. This has transformed me from the inside out.

I have learned to  bridge the gap between my subconscious and conscious mind through a variety of tools, such as meditation, journaling, and hypno-processes.  This has allowed me to uncover many of my own limiting beliefs, fears, and doubts. Through Lev Emunah Therapy (LET), I have learned to release these limiting thoughts and feelings, and to heal my inner world. Please join me on this journey to health, wellness, and peace of mind.

Among the first-ever certified E.M.E.T.T. leaders, I've led a life of helping others out of their misery. I also focus on spiritual growth, having longed for mentors who could teach me how to enhance my skills as an empath and how to grow as a Jew. After decades of wanting such mentors, I found them in Rav Doniel Katz and Rav Rachamim Bitton. I've dedicated my energies to mastering LET skills and insights, enhancing my spiritual life - and ideally those of the people with whom I interact.  A former journalist and a certified Health Information Management professional, my duties included writing a regular mental health column. Being a mental health writer involves presenting complicated ideas so that they can be understood at the first reading. I've used my communication skills to prepare notes for appreciative LET classmates.  The most important point that I want to make is that life is miraculous. So are we, and that includes you!  Allow spiritual magic to happen by paying attention to Rav Bitton's lessons, by asking clarifying questions, and by using the skills that he teaches. Practice will help you to master those skills. All of the facilitators have been through the process. We deeply understand it. We're standing by, ready to respond to your questions, to meditate 1:1 with you if you wish, plus to share good humor and MANY wonderful realities.
